1.OBJECT AND SCOPE
1.1 The following terms of use apply to the use of this website in the relationship between the user and the provider of this site.
1.2 The provider of this website is Wassersleben Beteiligungs UG, Im Lindenhof 1, 10365 Berlin. WhichDeal is not an online shop and does not ship products. With this website, Wassersleben Beteiligungs UG provides internet users with an independent information service without itself acting as a seller.
1.3 The provider reserves the right to reasonably adapt these terms of use with effect for the future, e.g. to take into account changes to the legal framework or changes to the services offered.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SERVICES
This website is not an online shop and does not ship any products. There is no contractual obligation between the user and WhichDeal with regard to the products or services presented. Purchase contracts or other agreements regarding the acquisition of the products or services presented are concluded exclusively between the user and the partner shop. The entire purchase process takes place without any further involvement and/or brokerage services on the part of WhichDeals.
Accordingly, the following services are not provided by WhichDeals in the course of the sales process:

- Dispatch of ordered products

- Assumption of warranties
- Processing of complaints

3. NOTE ON CURRENCY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE INFORMATION
WhichDeals attaches the greatest possible importance to up-to-date product and offer information. However, the product details of the partner shops may have changed since we last updated the website. These changes may affect, for example, the price, delivery times or costs and availability. They may not have been taken into account in the order of the offers published on en.whichdeals.org. Only the product and price details on the page of the respective shop at the time of purchase are valid for the sale. For technical reasons, it is not possible to update the offer data in real time. In individual cases, it may therefore be the case that the products displayed cannot be purchased at the prices or conditions stated by us. It is the user's responsibility to check all information relevant to the purchase and its correctness against the seller's details before concluding a contract with a partner shop.

WhichDeals always endeavours to ensure the trouble-free functioning of its own technical programmes and systems, but cannot guarantee that the website will always function smoothly. WhichDeals reserves the right to resolve technical faults within freely selected time windows. No guarantee can be given for the compatibility and functionality of systems and programmes that are not part of the WhichDeals offer.

As a service provider, WhichDeals is responsible for its own content in accordance with general legislation. 7. OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. these terms of use and all other legal relationships shall be governed exclusively by German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). In the particular event that individual provisions of these Terms of Use should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An ineffective provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision, taking into account the legal situation.
7.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes between the contracting parties shall be the registered office of the respective defendant, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The place of jurisdiction shall also apply to persons other than those mentioned above if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, if the customer moves his place of residence and/or business out of Germany after conclusion of the contract or if his place of residence and/or business or habitual residence is unknown at the time the action is brought.
7.3 This contract shall be governed exclusively by German law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (UN Sales Convention).
